Pearson Construction Company Awarded New $4 Million Public Safety Building
 
Bridgman, Michigan - June 25, 2009 -
Lake Charter Township, located in Berrien County, has awarded Pearson Construction Company, the construction contract to build their new four million dollar public safety building. The township held a groundbreaking ceremony on June 19, 2009 to commemorate the start of construction. The new facility will be located at 3169 Shawnee Road, Bridgman, Michigan, and will be occupied by the Baroda-Lake Township Police and Lake Charter Township Fire Departments. The building, designed by Abonmarche from Benton Harbor, Michigan, is intended to serve the current and future needs of the community for the next fifty years. The project is slated to be completed in late spring, 2010.
